MISS LYMPH

My name is Sabrina, owner and founder of Miss Lymph Inc, The Miss Lymph Method, and podcast No More Toxic Shit. Thank you so much for following along and being a part of this journey with me. I created Miss Lymph, not just to be a service-based business, but also an inclusive, community-based space where one can feel safe, inspired, and educated with all things lymphatic drainage. I am dedicated to continuous innovation, education, product development, and community engagement, fostering a culture where everyone can experience the profound benefits of lymphatic drainage physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

With a professional dance background that’s taken me from the dazzling lights of Vegas to the high seas of cruise ships, dance is not just a skill and a huge chapter of my life who made me who I am today, but it’s a vibrant part of my soul. My heart belongs to the world, always seeking new adventures and flavors. From savoring exotic cuisines in far-flung corners to soaking up the sun on the beach, traveling is my ultimate joy. Pilates and EMS are my secret weapons for staying strong and energized. I thrive on the challenge of pushing my body to its limits and revel in the post-workout glow. I love music and concerts! Getting lost in music is my favorite form of therapy. If you take me to karaoke, you’ll find me belting out classics like “Shoop” by Salt-N-Pepa and “Let Me Blow Your Mind” by Eve…. This is where I thrive haha

And tacos and spicy margs are my ultimate indulgence. Put those in my hand overlooking a beach or sunset with some quality company and good music in the background and I’m instantly happy.

LESS IS MORE.

Lymphatic drainage is more than just a massage. It’s a beautiful way release pressed emotion, as we often carry stuck emotions, trauma, and stress in our bodies. Dis-ease causes disease! MISS LYMPH of Orange County

ALEXANDRA OWMBY

I’ve been passionate about self-care for as long as I can remember. From intuitive eating to grounding practices and movement, I’ve always believed that food and our bodies are medicine and that true healing begins from the inside out.

I studied Nutritional Science in Long Beach, California, and in 2015, I discovered Endermologie. It was a natural fit, blending beautifully with my holistic philosophy. Over time, I expanded into manual lymphatic therapy, answering a deeper need to help the body release, rebalance, and restore itself.

As both a single mother and business owner, I find purpose in helping others feel at home in their bodies. My work goes beyond aesthetics, it’s about teaching you how to maintain results and support your health goals, whether that’s weight loss, graceful age prevention, fascia release, mental clarity, or strengthening the lymphatic system.

Beyond my practice, I love time at the beach with my son, the rhythm of skating and dance, the creativity of cooking, and the inspiration I find in art, music, and interior design.

I believe true health is a lifestyle, and when the body is supported, it thrives. At Miss Lymph, I combine science, touch, and intuition to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body.

MISS LYMPH of Beverly Hills

ALIVIA MACK

Alivia’s dedication to understanding the connection between mind, body, and energy has been a lifelong journey. Pursuing her higher education at Boise State University and earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology was just the beginning. In the final semester of her undergraduate program, she completed the course of Holistic Nursing where everything changed. Years later she completed her Massage Therapy certification and additional specialization in lymphatic drainage massage. Alivia’s love for the lymphatic system drives from it being the weakest and most vulnerable in the body.

Understanding it needs the most assistance, attention to detail, and can have the greatest health benefits of any modality. With Alivia’s scientific education and technical training, she blends it together with intuitive touch for a lasting impression.

Outside of the massage studio you can find her connecting with nature through hiking and camping to stay grounded. She procrastinates through cooking, which is also her love language, or takes the edge from gravity by flying free in her aerial hammock. For over a decade her passion project has been understanding traditional Chinese astrology and Traditional Chinese Medicine which she considers to be more than a hobby, but rather a way of life.
